The Tour and Visit will consist of a tour of our communities and surrounding area, showing you homes built
by ITH for other customers.
These homes are NOT available for touring, as they are privately owned homes with current residents living in them.

Dates and times of Visits and Tours are very limited, with a maximum number available at any given time

If you are only looking to visit our Sales Office and walk through the Tiny Homes on our Sales Lot, you DO NOT need to set an appointment.
Our Sales Lot is open Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (Closed on Sundays and Holidays)
