I understand that this is a request for a contract to build the ITH 8' x 16' Incred-I-Box with the solar package as advertised. I further agree to sign a contract to build and provide payment as outlined in contract. Any offer to accept a down payment I understand is a NON-REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT
I understand that Payment in full is due at the time the contract is signed unless otherwise noted in the contract No changes to the design or amenities are allowed. Incredible Tiny Homes offers no guarantee as to the completion time of the Tiny home. Warranties and commitments other than those stated in the contract to build, whether stated or implied are not valid.
